RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Kannibal Hektor produces small-batch, limited-edition, one-of-one, and individually hand-finished works. Because of the nature of these pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or preference after purchase.

Handmade variation

Hand-cast and hand-finished pieces may exhibit slight variations in surface texture, finish, patina, dimensions, weight, or other characteristics. These are natural results of the making process and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to accurately represent each work, but lighting, display settings, and the handmade nature of the object may cause minor visual differences.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact Kannibal Hektor within 3 days of delivery at 999@kannibalhektor.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials. Claims will be reviewed individually. If an error or qualifying damage is confirmed, Kannibal Hektor will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement when possible or a refund to the original payment method.

Because many works are limited editions or one-of-one pieces, an identical replacement may not be available.

Physical Bitcoin and funded wallet pieces

Physical Bitcoin, cryptocurrency wallet pieces, or other works incorporating funded digital assets are final sale. Once a wallet has been funded, redeemed, opened, altered, or had any tamper-evident seal or security feature disturbed, the piece is not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom and personalized work

Custom, commissioned, altered, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale once production has begun.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests may be considered only before an order has entered processing or production. Once an order has been packed, shipped, customized, or production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return or refund results from an error by Kannibal Hektor.

Do not send any item back without first contacting Kannibal Hektor and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
