SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Kannibal Hektor produces and fulfills work in small batches from Kingsburg, California.
Processing times may vary depending on the piece. Available, completed works generally ship after payment has cleared and the order has been prepared for shipment. Made-to-order, customized, or otherwise unfinished pieces may require additional production time.
Any specific processing estimate stated on a product page or communicated for a particular release takes precedence over this general policy.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RATES AND SERVICES
Available shipping methods, carriers, and rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination and order.
Shipping charges shown at checkout are calculated separately from the product price unless a listing expressly states that shipping is included.
Kannibal Hektor reserves the right to upgrade or change the shipping service when reasonably necessary to protect or properly insure an order.
HIGH-VALUE ORDERS
Precious-metal works, limited editions, one-of-one pieces, jewelry, physical Bitcoin pieces, and other high-value orders may require:
- tracking;
- insurance;
- signature confirmation; or
- additional delivery verification.
These measures may be added at Kannibal Hektor’s discretion based on the value or nature of the shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES
Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Kannibal Hektor.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, governmental action, transportation disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control may occur after an order has shipped.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact 999@kannibalhektor.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
If tracking indicates a problem with your shipment, or if an order arrives visibly damaged, contact 999@kannibalhektor.com promptly.
For damaged shipments, please retain:
- the item;
- the shipping box;
- all packing materials;
- shipping labels; and
- any other packaging.
Photographs may be required to document a carrier or insurance claim.
Do not discard packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Because many Kannibal Hektor works are limited editions or one-of-one pieces, an identical replacement may not be available. Any qualifying resolution will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping destinations currently available will be shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported into their destination country and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.
Kannibal Hektor is not responsible for customs delays or for packages refused, seized, or returned because of destination-country import restrictions.
PHYSICAL BITCOIN AND FUNDED WALLET PIECES
Physical Bitcoin pieces, funded cryptocurrency wallet pieces, or other works containing digital assets may be subject to additional shipping, insurance, signature, or delivery-verification requirements.
Specific terms stated in the applicable product listing will control where they differ from this general policy.
